Solution VoIP for enterprises

Systems KIRK are the microcellular wireless communication systems of standard DECT consisting of:
- controller providing the interface with an IP-network and function of management;
- number of the base stations connected to the controller on one pair of wires;
- wireless repeaters increasing an operative range of base stations;
- wireless handsets.
Subscribers of system can freely move between operative ranges of base stations without break of connections.

System KIRK IP is deployed in territory of office, wire communications of which are based on application of IP-telephony, and connects in a network of IP-telephony through Ethernet 100BaseT interface. Principles of deployment and functioning of system KIRK IP do not differ from classical applications of DECT-systems as the appendix to office PBX. Distinctions are only in a way of connection and an call establishment.

Subscribers of DECT-system are registered in IP-network as usual IP-devices, each of which possesses the unique MAC-address. All connections, including connection of two subscribers of one DECT-system, are established through an IP-network.

The additional service, given to DECT-subscribers, by means of a server of switching of calls of IP-telephony, is similar to the service given to usual analog phones, included through VoIP gateway. The majority of typical functions of telephony are available. The mobile phone can be turned on in group with fixed IP-phone that will provide simultaneous receipt of a call on both of the phones.

Registration of DECT-subscribers is carried out by means of a server. Thus, the major advantage of IP-telephony - ability of the centralized administration of all network is saved. Card IWU IP of system KIRK has own IP-address and adjustment of parameters of the interface of the controller at installation of DECT-system is carried out through standard Internet Browser.

Ability of mobile KIRK phones automatically to register in 10 various DECT-systems, and also wide opportunities of a server of IP-telephony on routing calls in a corporate IP-network, allow building the distributed DECT-systems with an opportunity of maintenance of roaming between them.
