The main directions of Metasoft Ltd. activity are the billing and banking automation systems. There are the following successfully done projects developed by Metasoft: MS-Energy Billing System, multimedia network software, the banking automation system "Metacard" and .
MS-Energy Billing System is a web-oriented OSS class system (Operational Support System) designed for electric energy consumption control and bills forming.
The system is capable of maintaining the user accounts and keeping track of several million users’ consumption. The system supports concurrent work of several thousand users.
The multimedia network software product is designed for creating a network of multimedia terminals that can be used as:
- Internet-kiosk (for browsing Internet and sending email);
- For sending multimedia greeting cards including photos and small video clips by email and regular mail (except video clips);
- MSN™ instant messenger;
- To watch TV and video programs.
Thus, the terminals can be used as a separate product as well as for presentations and advertising campaigns.
Metasoft Retail banking system “Metacard” is oriented on mass service of private customers. It is designed for a large amount of operations in around-the-clock service mode. The system is scalable and can be used starting from a branch level up to the level of the head bank. The retail banking system “Metacard” has a set of tools enabling banks to build their payment systems for individual business by themselves. 
“ISP Billing” product is a unique financial control environment regulating the relations between the service providers, traders, dealers and consumers within the framework of supplying services. This system has been implemented within 3-tier architecture. “ISP Billing” is designed to automate all the business processes of a company providing ISP
services.
